We will immediately send you a claim form to be filled out so you can give us your comments regarding the article(s) concerned.

Please note that filling out this form is in no way an obligation. It's simply a tool we've put in place in order to improve our offerings and services.

What’s the time frame if you’re not happy?

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal (i.e. the option of changing your mind after placing an order with an online retailer, or by telephone or post) within 30 days of receiving delivery of your order.

What are the refund terms?

After receiving your request for withdrawal, we'll get back to you with the necessary information so you can return your product(s) to us.

Once these steps have been completed, we'll refund the amount of your purchase via the payment method used to finalize your transaction.

This refund will be given as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your request.

We hereby inform you, however, that we have the right to refuse to refund you until we have received the products you ordered.

Again, a maximum period of 30 days applies for the return of your items (from the date of receipt of your request for withdrawal).

Case law has established that the assembly of car parts is not considered necessary.

If the product(s) you have ordered have not yet been sent, these considerations will not apply and you will therefore be refunded automatically.

We also offer you the option of exchanging your items, up to the amount of your original order.

The return costs will be your responsibility, but we will send your new product(s) free of charge.
