You're no doubt looking forward to receiving your package! To find out where it is and to track it to your delivery address, we provide you with a tracking tool.

How do I track my order?

You can track orders with tracking from your account (under the Your Orders tab).

The delivery option chosen and the carrier to whom your package has been entrusted will be indicated in this tab as well as in the confirmation email sent to your email address.

The tracking link will automatically redirect you to the carrier's website where you'll find all information regarding your package's real-time location and its expected delivery date.

You can also contact our partner directly from there if necessary.

If you encounter any difficulties in tracking your order (for example, order tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it), please contact our customer service team via our contact form.
