Return and Refund Policy

Whether you are waiting for your purchase to be delivered, or you have already had it for a little while, gt-pro.com gives you the right to change your mind and request a refund.

If you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, you can also return it for no additional fee. Here are the terms and the ways to return or refund your purchase.

When can I request a refund?

There are several situations where you can expect a refund from us. If the product you have purchased isn't available (or if the wait for your product is greatly increased due to a lack of supply) our team will offer to replace your product or offer you a complete refund.

The US Consumer Protection Code also gives consumers the right to refund or replace a purchase after placing an order.

By law, you have a 30 day period in which to contact our customer service team (via our online contact form). Simply state your desire to withdraw your purchase (and provide us with your order reference number) to start the refund/return process.

You will not need to provide any justification, though our teams will send you an optional customer satisfaction survey to complete. This is for the sole purpose of improving our services.

You can also return the package if there is functionnal problem with device or if you find any defects when you receive your package. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately to notify us.

How can I return my products/receive a refund from Gt-Pro?

Once you have exercised your right to withdraw your purchase, you will receive an email asking you to confirm this decision. This includes completing a 'returns document' (RMA), which includes details about how to return your purchase (including the address to which you should return it).

According to articles of the aforementioned Consumer Protection Code, you will then have 30 days to return your purchase to us.

• in the same condition in which you received it
• the packaging must also be in perfect condition (unmarked and without defects)
• with all the accessories and safety/user documents that were included at delivery
• and must be in perfect working condition.

How will I receive my refund, and how long will I have to wait?

Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund you within a maximum period of 30 days.

The refund will be paid to you in the same way you made the initial purchase.

At Gt-Pro, you also have the option to exchange any purchase that you aren't totally satisfied with. You can exchange your purchase for a product of equal value, following the methods as described above for returning purchases.
